To participate, place a mobile order through the Chick-fil-A mobile app, select, “Support Community Care Event,” and enter the code word FAMILY at checkout to contribute 15% of the cost of your meal to Extended Family. Contributing to Extended Family as part of the Community Care Event is easy and does not cost any extra money – just the cost of your meal. It’s great food for a great cause!
